Dr.
Sanjeev Bhatia finished his residency in internal
medicine in 1998. He did fellowship In Pulmonary and Critical
Care 1998-1999. Before joining American Regional Medical Center
in 2004, he worked as an internist and ER doctor in the midwest
for 5 years. Since 2004, he has worked as an internist beside
working in ER and local nursing homes. He is Board Certified
in Internal Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine.
He is actively involved in Geriatric Care and Hospice/Palliative
Care besides routine medical care. He is currently medical
director of Victoria Warm Springs, many local nursing homes
and Hospice of South Texas. His special interests include
lung and heart diseases besides elderly and end of life care.
He admits patients to all local hospitals and nursing homes.

Titan player wins $1,000 for his school
Lorenzo Vega, football player for the Victoria East Titans, won a $1,000 cash prize to benefit Victoria East High School. The defensive end was selected as the 2011 M-V-P Challenge Award winner at the annual gridiron match up between the Titans and Victoria West Warriors on Friday, November 4. The cash prize, along with a traveling trophy, is being sponsored by Crossroads Health Center (CHC). The Titan or Warrior that most demonstrates magnanimity, valiance and perseverance (M-V-P) both on and off the field will secure the honor and cash gift for his school each year. Vega is the first honoree.
Donation to the Food Bank of the Golden Crescent
On September 30th, 2010 Dr. Bhatia was recognized by the Victoria Advocate for his education-based work in the Victoria, Texas community. Crossroads Health Center is honored by this acknowledgement and pledges its continued support of our area schools and teachers.
